This is really ridiculous. Everything I own is Samsung and Me being a loyal Samsung customer for a long time, I bought this TV to enjoy with the family and since day 1 I have this problem. Samsung took all my info and then advised the TV wasn’t purchased at a Samsung authorized dealer so they cannot help me. And they refused to help me. I mean how ridiculous can this be? This product is a Samsung product and you refusing to give me service is based solely on what?Do you recon I will recommend Samsung to anyone I know due to this experience? I’ll surely bring my loyalty and $$ else where. Im not happy at all with SAMSUNG. I paid top $$ for this TV and cannot be returned.
