Hi there
I have recently got a new UE65TU7100 TV and I my Virgin Media TV has been working fine for the past week of using it. This morning I went to watch Tv, and on HDMI1 which it’s plugged into is now saying mode does not support? Please can someone help, as it was working fine yesterday. Thank you, Ben

If you've got a V6 box have you tried pulling the power cable out for 30 seconds? I know from experience Virgin boxes can be a bit finicky

Exactly the same here, except a 43”, Samsung universal remote worked perfectly fo 2 months til yesterday. How do I find out if there’s been a V6 update?
