UE43TU7020KXXU- Can’t pair Bluetooth devices

Hi everyone,

I’ve just bought the UE43TU7020KXXU TV, and I’m having trouble pairing my Bluetooth headphones.

Bluetooth isn’t appearing on the Audio source options. 

Am I missing something?

Please help!

@ChrisJenkins33: Can you try placing your headphones in pairing mode, then head to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List > Select your headphones > Pair and Connect. Let me know if this helps.

How though? and yes I have the exact same model

You say go to that area yet every option apart from Bluetooth speaker option appears. 

I’ve got the options TV speaker and optical and nothing anywhere as you say for Bluetooth speakers. 

so where do I find this?
