Thanks, @Olu007. Is that picture of you TV with it on a black screen? Can you try a Picture Test and see if the issue persists? To do this, press Settings/ Menu on the remote and go to Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Picture Test.

Yes, that is a picture of the television. The TV is not responding to the remote control, not displaying any visuals.

Do you have any external devices connected to the TV?

I have disconnected cable decoder connected to it and restarted but still having same issues.
