Tv picture size issue

I have the q60b 75 inch 2022 model.

From day 1 of owning it I could always adjust picture size settings when using nintendo switch on it using game mode.

Now all of a sudden, "this function isn't available when game mode is on"

I turn game mode off and ots still not available...

This leaves me with almost 1 inch black bars around all 4 edges of the screen during gaming.

What I don't get is how was I able to do this for months and now I can't??

This always worked before.. no updates made to tv or switch

@MikeyMM: If you press and hold the Play/Pause button on your Smart remote to bring up the Game Mode Settings, are you able to adjust the picture size from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen?

No this function is not available here too, this seems like a common issue as youtube is flooded with video fixes that don't actually fix it.
Anything else I can try please?

Can you be more precise? Where do I find this and can it be turned off?

This doesn't help atall as the option to change size is now greyed out...

And it always worked before the Nintendo switch would turn on, the screen would always have black bats around all 4 edges and I would change the screen size each time with no issue. Now it is greyed out
