Why did a motherboard on a 49 inch tv go after Only 2 years at a cost of 33% of the original price to repair.(used an official Samsung repair shop) Unsatisfactory. I have another 1 year old tv. Am I to expect the same. Have tried to contact Samsung but at the end of the day they just point me in the direction of how to get it fixed but that has already been done. I would like an email address to send my complaint to as Ipads don’t seem to work on a live chat at the moment. Frustrated customer
