Cant get Apple or Britbox

Hi,

I bought a really expensive SUHD TV (UE55 JS9000) from John Lewis a couple of years ago. It was top spec and the guy told me the separate silver box that comes with it would allow software updates and would future proof the TV.

I am trying to get Britbox and Apple TV but it won't load the apps. Any ideas? Thanks

One connect box have nothing to do with future proof. Its just your TV mainboard. Apple TV is nots supported on JS models. for britbox, you should try downloading app or going thru browser on your TV.
