TV connection problems to smart apps and apple airplay (internet connection is fine)

Hi all,

We have a UE50TU7100KXXU Samsung TV and are having trouble using the Smart apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime; the Apps are able to load, select a program and play however the app crashes after approximately 1 minute of playback every time. The internet connection is secured and working correctly.

We have had the TV since January and have only been experiencing this issue for the past month - previously there were no connection problems.

Similarly we were able to use Apple air play from both phone and iPad when we first received the TV, however this now won't connect to any device. We have tried forgetting the device and starting again but have not been successful.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
