Issue: Getting Ring notification but there’s no video feed from Ring on TV. Getting camera icon instead of video. Also, cannot see live video in TV smart thing app (here, getting video camera icon with a slash, indicating no video). However, can see live video in smart thing mobile app.
Have unscrewed Ring and place next to virgin media hub3 to rule out potential weak signal issue but no luck. Have tried reset tv, clear cache, connected to both 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi.
