I have a Samsung smart tv and can access subtitles on all film and catch up channels but NOT on

itv hub  I have gone to menu and update to no avail 

I know that itv hub supports subtitles as I have them on my iPad , any help would be very acceptable . I have tried Samsung online help but they are at a loss to know what to do

Hi @David Clover  Have you ensured that Subtitles are turned on? https://help.itv.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002766434-How-do-I-switch-subtitles-on-off-   Note however that they are not available for all programs. Should there still be an issue check your Tv has the latest firmware, you may need to do a Smart Hub and/or Factory  Reset.

If to no avail I would suggest you contact ITV  for assistance  email   accessibility@itv.com
