I can get the subtitles on all channels watching live TV but when I go to catch-up, channel 5 will not show subtitles. I've contacted channel 5, they did have a problem some time ago but is now fixed. It's also the same on my other Samsung TV . Anyone know what I can do please ?

Hi @JenMB54 Welcome to the Samsung Community? Ensure the app is up to date (though may be on Auto updates) and you have latest firmware.
However know it has been stated that on catch up it can sometimes take 48 hours for subtitles to become available. Some shows may also not have subtitles available. see more here https://help.channel5.com/hc/en-gb/articles/203919622-Why-can-t-I-see-subtitles (though not updated for a while).

Since My5 became 5 I when the in program catchup adverts I only get sound no vision. Before program starts I can see ads and when live.. I've done all the normal stuff Reinstall app, on off etc. Ok on all other streaming apps.
