Hello,
When my The Frame 2021 TV switches in game mode, a green stuck pixel appears regardless of the source (Xbox in HDMI, Hertzian TV, TV apps, etc.). When it's deactivated, this same pixel works perfectly, which lets me think the issue is software-related, not hardware.
I tried to ask the question on French-speaking forums but couldn't get an answer of what it could be. Another person reported the same issue with a blue stuck pixel.
I would be very grateful if a Samsung expert could help me find a fix as I'd really like to be able to use the advertised game mode with all the pixels working fine

I have the exact same problem with my 2023 65 inch the frame with my ps5.
A pixel is glowing bright red in game mode but when i turn game mode of it seems to be working fine.. but when i go to youtube on the tv app and check a "dead pixel test" video it seems like the only problem with the pixels is that the red one doesnt show up..
So it glows bright red in game mode. on ps5 and it is turned off when there is a full red image in the tv apps....
O noticed this after i have had the tv for 2 month. And i dont think it was after any tv update or so the problem started. Just random.
