Are you fed up with the poor quality of Samsung's Qled TVs? Did you waste your hard-earned money on a Qled TV? Are you concerned about the number of their TVs filling our landfills? If so, you may want to join the class action lawsuit against Samsung for their faulty TVs. This class action lawsuit is meant to hold Samsung accountable for the products they produce and to ensure that no large screen TVs end up in a landfill within 3 years. Please reply if interested. (My Qled is flashing blue after 2y 9m, Samsung told me it can't be fix).

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I don't believe Samsung take this matter seriously. I paid over a $1000 for a tv that lasted less than 3 years and they told me it couldn't be repaired. Not only did I find it disgusting that it only lasted 3 years, also the fact that it was ended up in a landfill. Since then, I have not purchased anything Samsung related. The replacement tv is an LG which was nearly $3000. All my family's phones need replacing, but I haven't replaced them with Apple which will be my intention. I have 4 other tv's which will be replaced with other makes when they die. I have a Samsung plasma which a green line has appeared on the edge. This will be replaced soon with a different brand. Samsung was my only brand until this happened.

So true! I was a Samsung fan as well - Washer * Dryer, Fridge, TV, phone etc. After this experience its gone. I have bought an LG TV and its brilliant! In fact 1/3 the price of my old Samsung which did not work. The washer will be replaced soon - probably with a german brand like Bosch.
The customer service is non existant. They read from pre-templated texts and dont care. I am not sure how this QLED issue has not blown out of propotion. BBC watchdog?

I was the same, I managed to get my money back after some time back and forth with the CEO in the UK, total disgrace mine was fixed 3 times in 2 years and told there was no issues with this TV, pile of sh..e is this TV. Will never buy anything from Samsung again after this..

Please add me to your suit, we have had the same problem with terrace outdoor tv. They came out to service and said it's not under warranty because it isn't covered by a roof, the only instruction related to was to not put it directly against it for overheating purposes. No mention of anything else. I have saved the same advertisement with the TV setting next to a pool covered by nothing.

Add me to the lawsuit. Samsung support is unacceptable. My tv is a OLED but the samsung support has to change, they are unacceptable especially for TVs costing more than $1000.

I would be interested in joining a class Acton lawsuit. I have the same problem. My TV was purchased direct from Samsung over 2 years ago and it seems that there are lots of tv's of this age with the same issues. I believe this to me a manufacturing defect and should be eligible for repair in line with consumer rights legislation. The legislation states items should be of satisfactory quality and last a reasonable length of time. This must be raised with the retailer rather than the manufacturer but is virtually impossible as Samsung (online sales) do not have a complaints procedure and keep referring the matter to Samsung technical (manufacturer). Although this is very frustrating I will be re-sending my complaint to Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 ORS before submitting the case to small claims court.

Not sure I can join but would love to: Have a Samsung purchased in Jan 2022 and it just completely died in October 2023: SAMSUNG 55" Class 4K Crystal UHD (2160P) LED Smart TV with HDR UN55TU7000. GARBAGE!

Count me in please!! Samsung needs better quality control. I feel extremely sad reading everyone’s story. I bought a 2019 Q90R back in 2020 which was to be updated with hdmi 2.1 and some other features but never received it. If that was the only issue with the tv i would be fine but a few months after receiving my tv i had a sudden loss of power where my tv started turning off and on repeatedly. I was so shock so i call samsung support and express my disappointment but they told me not to worry because i had a 1 yr manufacture warranty. They walk me through their troubleshooting process and my tv was good once more. I was happy and life goes on. A few months after the same issue happened, i called and the troubleshooting fix it once more. I was good for a whole year without issues. Now i was out of warranty in 2022, the same issue popped up and i was worried now because i was not longer covered. Again they were able to fix it via troubleshooting. I ask the representative if there was issues with my model tv because this shouldn’t be happening to a tv less the 5 y/o and she said no. Now fast forward to February 2023 my tv started to flicker on and off again. I call them and they were not able to fix it this time around, remember i didn’t have any extended warranty but i’ve been having this issue ever since i bought the tv. They told me to just buy another tv as if i didn’t just spend $2300 on a premium tv. I was not happy to hear this plus i suspected that they sold me a defective unit form the get go. I reach out to Samsung care and they send a repair specialist to look at the unit. He concluded that the panel was defective, big shocker. Now they tell me they would have to order the part to replace it. it’s been 8 months and they still can’t find a panel. Such mockery, every time i inquire, they’ll say the part isn’t available check back in 14 days. I call it the perfect excuse. Long story short i have a giant 65 inch tv sitting in my room waiting for a part that isn’t coming.
