Speed issues with 50RU7172 tv

Hello everyone , i need your help. I have speed issues ,my smart tv 50RU7172 says in netflix that i have 0,89mbps and 540 running the movies either ethernet or wifi is the same! I dont know how to fix that problem , my router running on 14mpbs and nothing else is connecting on that. Any idea?

Hey @Stzelepis! Is your TV running on the latest software version? Menu > Settings > Support > Software update > Update now. Also, can you connect another device to the Wi-Fi? Does it experience the same issue?
