Smartthings will no longer show my TV as online, even though it is.
It was working perfectly and then it just started to mess about as usual. What is weird is that if i search for a new device, it finds the original TV to add and it shows online. However if you add it this way it removes all abilty to use the remote feature and turn TV off, it will also not allow me to add it to the living room and will only add to directly connected devices section. I will not be removing it and using the new one it finds.
I have tried all the usual...restart, clear cache, re-install, log in-log out.....nothing is working.
Please advise
