Smarthub on hospitality tv

Hi, 

 

just bought a second hand hospitality tv. I have followed through the steps of going to hotel menu and getting my WiFi connection etc but I my "smarthub" just says web browser or source I can't get any apps.

same issue. I just want to have netflix, that's all

You can't have Netflix on Hospitality TVs. It's a Netflix limitation.

@phoeboskrieg: As you have a hospitality TV designed for the hotel and leisure industry, this is likely to be an embedded limitation of the model type. If you confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the set, then I can look into this further for you.

How can i download Netflix application on this samsung Hospitality tv. Model : 

HG55AU800AUXUE

@Rv94  @glenn82 @ I'm sorry to tell you but HJ690 and HAU800 do not support Netflix nor can you deactivate the Hospitality part and make it a full consumer TV.
