I have 1 tv that won't remember the settings of the apps. The specific app i'm concerned about is Plex but i installed a weather app as well jsut for troubleshooting. Every time open the apps, I have to set them up like its the first time.
the tv is a
Samsung SmartTV model code= HG32EE690
software = T-M14HKDEVCB-1040.0
submiacom V = T-M14HKDEUSB-1003
If i leave the TV switched on and just close the apps and/or smarthub I can go back to smarthub later and open the app it will still have the settings. If i switch the TV off, then the next time i turn it on i have to open weather app and reenter my location so it will save the weather for my town. in the plex app i have to add the plex server connection again and typoe in the code to link them. I have tried resetting the TV back to factory settings and i have tried resetting smarthub.
