Anyone had the WiFi suddenly stop working on a Samsung smart tv. It stopped last night- has option of correct network but can't connect. We have spent all day trying different options and it's now back to factory settings. Everything else in the house can connect to the WiFi and the sky box connects to the tv.
Can you log into your router ?? As this will tell you what is connected and what is not. If you TV is listed you should be able to give it exclusive access. This might help with the connection problems.
I don't have a sumsung TV, my LG did the same thing. Turning it off by the mains for a few minutes, then turning the switch back on. It finally managed to connect back to the Internet. Hope it's just what your TV needs to connect again.
