I have this smart tv and I am trying to access the apps. WiFi is connected, I’m signed into my Samsung account, and yet whenever I open Spotify, or another app the screen just goes white and sits on a white screen. Also when I open the internet no tabs will load.

@Houstonmad: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV.
In the meantime, please try powering off your TV > Unplug it at the wall > Unplug your router for 30 seconds, plug it back in, and allow the calibration process to complete > Plug your TV back in, and power back on > Check the affected apps once again.

I'm having the same problem, all the apps are working fine except for Spotify, every time I try to open it it goes white screen, I already reset the smart hub, but the problem is on the app, I can't even delete and upload again, a lot of people are complaining on reddit about this, I don't know what to do either, if you find out let me know,
