My Qn800b tv has worked perfectly since buying it a few years ago. Last night the “channel banner” that displays at the bottom of the screen via the remote started displaying by itself. It displays for about 30 seconds, then turns off for about 5 seconds, then re-displays the channel banner again (and constantly repeats). The remote still works in all other aspects of using the tv such as navigating settings and using apps like Netflix. The “channel banner” can not be operated by the remote. I have tried (a) resetting the smart hub; (b) turning the tv power on / off with +5min intervals: (c) checked for firmware updates; (d) using a new universal remote control. Nothing has changed with my tv setup or anything connected to it in the last few years. It’s like the tv’s software has just glitched. Has anyone else had this happen?
