Smart Remote too sensible

Hi all, I have just bought a fantastic Q95T with a smart remote. Unfortunately, the remote often goes too fast one press of the button and the remote jumps one or two positions or seems to be too sensitive to touch.

Am I the only one with this problem?

• I was really excited to set up my new QLED Tv ,
  Every time I would use the tv remote the action would overshoot .  I found the calibration and set up through the sub menu but at the end I had to buy a new tv remote.

Nice to hear  👍 Some settings are unnecessarily difficult to find.

A side effect of setting the auto repeat to 2 seconds seem to be that the volume won’t turn down /up by holding - / + on remote. I have to press repeatedly. Samsung really need to get their SW fixed.  I can manage as it is now. Better than it leaping multiple channels a go in EPG
