Every time I start smart hub about 30 seconds later it reboots my TV. Can’t get into Netflix or iPlayer or anything. Tried full reset of TV and still the same, do I need a new TV?

Same issue here UE46F6500. Perhaps it's on purpose to get us to buy new tv's.

Same problem here but different model code UN60F8000. After opening smarthub TV crashes and restarts.
Anyone have resolution yet?

Hi!
If I block connections to 52.84.107.0/24 and 3.66.73.0/24 IP addresses on my router, the smart hub not crash, and the apps works.

Same here, last time used: yesterday (about 24hours ago) it was okay.
now: Smarthub reboots when connected to internet. (no internet does make it start, but then there is no functionality)
Resetting didn’t work.
