I have recently purchased a QN90C smart TV and I'm hoping to use the smart calibration option on SmartThings app. Unfortunately the option for Smart Calibration is not available. According to the Samsung website Galaxy models after 2019 should have it. I believe the A32 was launched in 2021?
It's likely a limitation of the phones camera? I have a fold4 and at first it was greyed out tried a few times and it worked. Try going through the TV to get the prompt.
Hey Gurky, that's exactly what I was thinking too. Perhaps Samsung is referring to 2019+ phone models which are more flagship and have a superior camera.
