Hi,
I had a Samsung TV set up with a Samsung soundbar connected via optical, everything worked perfect. I recently bought a new Samsung QE55Q80C TV. And set up exactly the same with my old soundbar. Now when I turn on the TV, the soundbar turns on and switches to mute straight away, this never happened with my old set up! Any ideas please? Thanks.
