So my TV after 11 months started getting horizontal lines across the screen. After doing all the tests and diagnostics and test on new cables It has now past the 1 year warrenty. I have spoken to support and just Americans or something that have terrible lines so you can't even hear or understand them. Who say they can't do anything. I have been hung up on numerous times and am getting nowhere. The TV only has a 1 year warrenty but it is guaranteed for 5 years. Is there nothing this company can do as it seems I have just wasted £700 for something that should at least last 5 years like it says. Any help?

I'm sorry to hear that you feel let down. Would you be able to share some images of how the screen look at the minute? I can see that you also mentioned that this is covered under warranty for 5 years, was this offered by the retailer or us?
I can see a lot of vertical lines, but no horizontal ones?
Try a full white screen and the lines should become clearer. See my post for help.
I have the same issue with my Samsung 18 month old tv! Did Samsung end up helping you? Very poor that we brought Samsung TVs expecting good quality and they are faulty so soon.
