Hi,
This is a long shot as my TV is nearly 9 years old. We’ve recently tried using the 3D feature but it no longer works. This is what appears when you run the 3d image test in the self diagnoses screen.
The glasses connect fine so it’s just the TV.
Can anyone offer any assistance please?

@Seb58: Are the vertical bands in the picture above only visible during Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > 3D Picture Test? Do you have an external device connected to the TV that you're using to view 3D content?

I happens when viewing 3d content via the smart tv or when using an external device for viewing 3d content.
