Error "Failed to record" showed up when trying to record.
This worked for me:
1. Unplug the TV
2. Unplug the USB drive from TV
3. Plug the USB drive to a Windows machine
4. CMD > CHKDSK 😧 /F
5. Unplug the USB drive from the Windows machine
6. Plug the USB drive to TV
7. Plug the TV
