I have owned a 2019 ue50ru7100kxxu Samsung smart TV since new.
I recently acquired a secondhand (fully functioning) sound bar and subwoofer model HW-K335 from a trustworthy friend.
I am unable to connect the TV to the sound bar. My TV doesn’t seem to have sound connect. When I search on the TV for Bluetooth connections, the sound bar doesn’t show. Have tried turning both off and on again numerous times. Neither devices have issues connecting to other devices via Bluetooth, just with each other.
