I have very expensive Samsung smart TV QLED 55" in my living room which is not working. The picture gone and it is all black with sound. I have had less than two years and Samsung is not doing anytihing about it. I have first reported the problem the first six months of having it and Samsung tech support and engineers told me it is minor issue and it will disappear by itself just calibrate the TV. Does anyone know how to solve samsung screens going black issues.
