Hello I have a Samsung Smart TV Model ue55mu6179, bought 2 and a half years old, no more guarantee and since 2 days ago it has a problem:
The TV is going on and off every 10 seconds and restarting it self right away. It doesn't react on the FB at all, anything I touch, and there is no picture, but there is sound.
What i tried so far:
- I tried taking out all the external connection, taking out the internet and the problem is still there.
- I tried to do the Power Reset, (Turn off the TV, do the 20 seconds reset and turn on)
- I even opened the inside of the Tv, I saw when I take out the panels from the Motherboard, the restart stopped.
Also today the tv started by it self, was working for 20 minutes, and again started to restart in cycle.
Is buying a new motherboard maybe helpful here?
Any hints?
