I bought a Samsung Q60 TV a few months ago. Three weeks ago it started not switching off complementar. When I press the off button, the leds turn off by 10 seconds, and then get on again. It seems like a residual light, like when the screen enters on screen saver.
Does anybody knows what could be happening here?
