Samsung Smart Signage- QB55R - USB drive won't show up

Hi,

Recently bought me a digital signage screen to display advertising-based content. In anticipation of a media player, I want to display content using a USB flash drive. The problem is that I do not get the USB device when I select through "resources input". Anyone have any idea what it might be?

Be sure that the Pen has the requeriments cited in instrucctions of your device about format, size and files could be your Pen is not according to it

Hello there  this is a long time untill you’ve been replied ! I owned that samsung signage too if you want to connect to usb drive you have to format your usb to fat32 in your pc
