I am trying to watch Discovery+ via my Samsung smart TV, model number UE55MU6120. However although the app is loaded, it won't open and comes up with an error code saying Samsung server can't connect. However all of the other apps on the TV are working find such as YouTube, ITVx, BBC iplayer etc. Anybody know why Discovery+ won't load ?

TV is 2017 I think, only installed the Discovery+ app last week, seem to download ok but just won't open up to play anything

Hi @Members_gkRz6a6 yes Mu models were released in 2017, therefore should be compatible. If the app has the latest update exit from the app and see if you can reinstall. If still no resolution would be advisable to Reboot both the Tv and your router (unplig from the mains for around 1 minute before connecting again) to see if this makes a difference.
