I have been trying to sort this issue out with Samsung "customer care" and all they do is fob you off. This seems to be a known issue, (looking at other posts) and Samsung are trying to wriggle out of their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Firstly I was told it didn't apply to them as it was the retailers responsibility except for the fact that I purchased it directly from Samsung! Then they claim it's physical damage so it could be charged for ... yes its physical damage but caused by Samsung's faulty production methods not by me. Then they fob you off with a third party phone number who is not part of the contract that I have with Samsung!! I paid over £4700 for a tv just 3 years ago and today it is unusable ...well done Samsung you will be hearing from the small claims court!
