Samsung 65mu6272 display problems

 Hello everyone.

After two years and a half I have some problems on my TV display.

Is just appearing some purple point on it.

I am thinking is a factory problem, but they said is ou of guarantee and they will not change my display.

Is not possible to buy another TV every 3 years for approximately 1500euro.

Tv was working maximum four hours per day.

What happening with Samsung?

My last TV whas a LG from 10 years ago and is working great on another room.

Seems like there's been pressure on the display, how is it mounted? If it's not mounted correctly it can cause slight flexion in the case which can put stress on certain areas of the screen.

I don't have kids, and my wife I think wasn't play with some magnet on the TV display

It is mounted on the wall from the beginning.

No one touched, jus for fine cleaning.

Installed correctly.

All of my TV in the house are put on wall.
