I have a Samsung QE50Q80B and recently updated to a Sky Q 1 TB UHD box. Since then I've had all sorts of problems.
When I put Sky Q to 2160P UHD the TV picture glitches and eventually the Sky box locks up. Occasionally the Sky Q feed to the TV will shrink down to about an eighth the size of the screen and jump around the screen.
Is this TV able to display Sky UHD? I've spoken to Sky and they said it's a Samsung problem. Samsung remote accessed my TV and did some checks and resets, and say it's a sky problem.
I've tried different HDMI cables, all HDMI ports on the TV. Netflix works in 4k HDR through the TV app. I could really do with some help.
Does anybody have this model set up with Sky Q UHD?
