My smart remote has suddenly become unpaired. It is fully charged
I have tried the simultaneous pressing of return & play/pause and I get the "Not available" message. I have tried resetting the TV. The traditional infrared remote still works fine.
I see someone else had a similar issue and you sent them a new smart remote
