I purchased a Samsung 55-inch QLED Q60D in July. After using it for two months, I moved back to Sri Lanka and brought the TV with me. Yesterday, when I tried turning it on, it didn’t work. The screen flashes blue intermittently, and the standby light keeps blinking. The TV is still under warranty, but I’m unsure if Samsung's authorized dealers here can handle the repair under the warranty. I heard that there is an issue with this particular model. Why would samsung put us through this.

Hi! Sorry I forgot to mention where I've bought it from. It's from the UAE. The TV was working fine for a month after we shipped with all our other stuff in a big wooden box. No damages. I check with the authorised distributor but they said that they don't accept tvs from outside
