Samsung.com 5 warranty  -not if you buy from Samsung.comHow many ways can we get scammed & I thought  I’d done my homework checking?

But tonight when attempting to  register tv under SAMSUNG 5 year warranty to-be told no only 1 year if bought from Samsung direct.

Surely  this is misrepresented selling ?

I do apologise for inconvenience caused but From what I know it's no longer available if you purchased after 31st of March 2024 directly from Samsung.

I just bought my TV last week and arrived in few days..tried registering for 5 years free warranty n apparently it's not valid anymore. Spoken with cust service n they advised offer was only valid till end of March. Why not offer that to new customers? It's 2024 tv n listed under egligible TVs. Never mind not happy with this.
