I have a 50" smart tv, and I can control it from anywhere via this app.
The 50" shows the tv is off. The 32" shows offline. So we can not turn it on via the app unless I am in the house.
Any ideas anyone ?
Thanks in advance

What app?

Samsung Smarthings app?

To control TV through Smarthings app, the television needs to be on the same network that your phone is on.

Then just make sure the required television is detected in Smarthings app.

Remember not all tv models will be found or suitable etc.

Read here about connecting tv:

I have used the smarthings app for a few years now. We go on holiday, we turn the TV on to make people think we are at home.
We have always done this, I am not sure if its the updates on the app that as topped this.
I can see the downstairs TV viathe app. But not the 32" smart tv 🙄 it says offline. It's in standby.

But so is my 50" 🖥 But I can work this from outside the house.
I have added both tv to the app. One works outside the house. One does not.
Something not right.

Check wake on lan is enabled in the power settings on the 32". If this is not available, I'm not sure there's a solution.

I enabled the smartphone control. Still no good. Wake on lan is not on this model. Just allow smartphone control.
Disappointed to say the least, this was the reason we went all samsung. 😒 🤔
Maybe a mistake. When I could have purchased another brand far cheaper.
