We have a Samsung TV, model number UE43TU7000K, which we bought about a month ago. We're pleased with the picture size and quality, but there is an annoying problem: we don't use apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime video, Apple TV and Rakuten TV, so we want to move them later in the app sequence which appears on the home screen. I've tried following the procedure to change the position of Netflix, Amazon Prime video, Apple TV and Rakuten TV in the home screen menu, but when I return to the home screen, there they are in front of the entries I want: BBC iplayer, itv hub, All 4 and YouTube! I can't delete the unwanted entries either, because I'm not allowed to delete apps from the "basic install". Can anyone suggest a solution, please, short of ditching the TV and buying a different brand?
