my Samsung Q60R tv has several problems that started at the same time. First problem remote control is restricted. Like half of controls are not responding and the same problem is with main buttons on the TV. Volume control from controler works but it will not let me go above 17. Applications like netflix and others start loading when I manage to start them and the window will not even open and it just stoppes loading. Weird is that Youtube works and internet browser works. I tried factory reseting the TV but It has not fixed a single problem. Looks like I will be forced to call a technician.
Any ideas?
