Resetting Sound on S95B

Hi,

I have the S95B TV with a Q800C soundbar (plus the SWA-9500S rear speakers) connected via HDMI eARC.

I set ‘Sound Output’ to ‘TV + Soundbar Q800C (HDMI)’, therefore enabling Q-Symphony, and all is fine.

If I turn the TV off for a longer period of time (say, overnight. Sorry! Can’t give an exact duration), sometimes (not always), the sound will reset to just ‘Soundbar Q800C (HDMI)’.

I have checked for an update through the TV’s settings menu and it says I have the latest version (ver. T-PTMDEUC-1602.2|ST_ENERGY). I have also checked the Soundbar’s firmware (using Smart Things on iPhone) and this also says no update is available (ver. HW-Q800CWWB-1002.00).

Any ideas why it would lose this setting please?

My QN95c +Q800C does this, usally after the mins it comes back on, tbh no major use on the S95B due to it using i think 2 or only 4 of the speakers.
