When i use yhe remote control of my tv, i see the message "indisponible" on screen of the tv and nothing happens, so i can't change anything.

Try changing the batteries
Try holding down the remotes power button for 5 seconds.
Try powering off the TV, unplugging for 30 seconds. Plug back in and power on the TV

@Members_OEHFkAk: If the problem persists following the steps provided by @Robin999 then please confirm the model number of your TV, located on the sticker on the back of the set, or in Settings > Support > About This TV. Also, are you using the standard remote or the Smart Remote, and does the problem occur on all channels and sources?
