QN800A PS5 VRR no game bar details!

Hi,

Is it me or is the game bar not showing the VRR as on!? 

The signal details in self care shows free sync, but the game bar show's it as off.

I have noticed that the 2022 TV's show on their game bar as being on!

Are we expecting an update for the TV?

Not as of yet. Mine is 1903 if I remember correctly

I have the same problem with qn55q80a, there is VRR off in the game bar and the info shows 60fps stable with PS5. I tried this with TLOU2, Elden ring, God of War

I'm having the same issue with the QN95a and PS5. Just updated the PS5 with VRR support and expected it to work on the TV but on the game bar it says it is off and FPS is not fluctuating. Just tested on Spiderman for PS5 as it is a VRR supported game but nothing. Are there any Samsung admin who could please pass this issue on for an explanation and hopefully a resolution for us all please!

Exact same issue for me with the QN95a game bar doesn't show VRR as on, I've also noticed that the FPS count just flat out doesn't work, running games in 30 FPS modes the game bar still says it's at 60fps which I know it isn't.

New firmware released today (ver 2001.4)  which fixes this issue

Yes, I got the update yesterday and it fixed this issue.
