QE75QN91B Blinking, Brightness settings not working

Hello everyone

Today I decided to increase brightness to maximum on my TV. After around an hour TV started constantly blinking.

I have noticed that blinking mostly occurs when I play video that would enable local dimming (turning off individual areas), but it may sometimes happen randomly. Here you can see that when I display HDR video (on youtube) it happens and when I leave the video it stops.

Additionally the screen is extremely bright, like the settings are maxed out. And I can't reduce the brightness. The slider does not do anything, I can slide to left and right without result.

And lastly I hear a little "buzzing" from the back of the screen and the sound of buzzing correlates with screen blinking.

Could you please help me find any solution to this?
Kind regards

Good evening, @kacper12724. Let's get this sorted for you! Could you please try the steps on the link below, and let us know if this is still happening during the Picture Test?

Thanks for replying. I ran this Picture Test and no image flashing occured in the way I described above. I am now more sure that it happens when I set Local Dimming option to the highest possible.

What I've noticed during the test is image flickering (TV is not displaying image with constant brightness, It gets slightly brighter and darker few times in a second).

And of course I am still unable to reduce brightness of my TV.

Could you please also say, why are my videos not available? In my opinion they will be very helpful.

Kind Regards

Well. Whole TV had to be replaced. Everything except back cassis, motherboard and charger.

Luckily It was a warranty repair.
