I've just purchased this TV from Currys today. The Currys website shows it as having a five year warranty and this was also confirmed by the sales assistant in the store.

The Samsung website also shows that this has a five year warranty -

I've registered the TV but am unable to confirm that the warranty is five years.

Is there any way to confirm this please?

Was informed by Samsung Experience it can take up to 10 days to display warranty information when I purchased Fold 4 with 2 years Samsung care+.

I registered a 5 year warranty and it says on the email "Your 5 Year Warranty registration has been delivered"

For a better after service and guarantee always buy from richer sounds or Costco

Did you ever get this sorted? Mine doesn't appear to have worked and I found the old page stating 5 years.

I was unable to get this registered direct with Samsung *but* when I went back to Currys the five year warranty was registered through them and not through Samsung. If there's any issues with the TV then I need to take it back to Currys and it will flag up that it's got a five year warranty on their system and they will fix it.

Bought this TV in 22 with so called 5 year warranty but been told by Samsung it's only got a 1 year warranty to contact Currys where I bought it, and we all know what chance u have with those guys for a warranty claim.

I have exactly the same issue with the Q60 also. Lines on the screen bought Jan 21. Did Currys fix yours? They keep passing me over to Samsung and Samsung say it's Currys.

Same issue here. It's not worth the paper it's written on. Did you get any progress with Currys. I'm just the ball in tennis between Samsung and Currys ATM.
