Does HDR somehow set up in this tv. Is there any hidden settings. If so, how to get there.

@Adam67  The native applications(i.e the Tv apps)  automatically display HDR when appropriate content is selected.  Input Signal plus  (UHD colour in some  older models) only applies to HDMI connections.    you have the option of adjusting the Gamma setting (basically highlights and shadows)  and difference between ST 2084 and HLG explained here for those interested  https://www.murideo.com/news/what-you-need-to-know-about-uhdtv

Experimenting with different picture Modes can make a difference, Film Maker Mode for this Tv may be best for HDR.   A bit about the TV settings in this article https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/s95b-oled

Do you have the top tier Netflix plan?

only the top tier allows you to play in 4k HDR
