Q80r HD recording help

im trying to record freesat on my Q80r ,im using a hard drive but it seems to be randomly missing recordings .if i set 5 to record it will do 3-4 at best

any ideas?

I get the same, its really annoying. Sometimes if I go into the recordings it realises that is supposed to be recording something and starts recording from that point.

If most q80r owners are using the record facility i guess its working for them !!! must be more than two having trouble!!

please if your a q80r/q85r/q90r owner and it all works fine let us know
