Q800T 82" Game mode with Xbox Series X color flickering problem

Hi everyone,

I've been having this problem for a while, when scrolling through some games like COD: Warzone, Fortnite or Walking Dead series, this kind of color flickering/ aberration happens. The game mode is on and set to 120hz.

The colors are mostly red, green, blue and yellow. At first, I thought it was Xbox hdmi cable or the console itself, but after trying with another TV the problem is gone, so it's the TV firmware or the TV itself. I believe it has something to do with the game mode setting.

Should apply to the warranty for a faulty tv?

Is Samsung aware of this problem?

My TV firmware is: 1462, the latest one.

In my case, with VRR off on the console, the problem is gone. But... no VRR is not acceptable.

Warzone is absolutely unplayable on my new Q72A 75" 4K TV.

This is all I get.

What if you disable VRR? I'm not saying that it's the solution. Just to confirm that VRR is also broken on Samsung TVs.

Thanks for the help Pathfinder. I have actually turned off VRR on both Xbox and TV and in various configurations.  I have basically changed every video option on both Xbox and TV. I suspect it is a fault with Warzone and Activision doesn't seem to want to reply or resolve this issue.
